It was founded 38 years ago with the aim of developing the large-scale corporate, SME and small-scale customer market by maximizing customer satisfaction and maximizing customer satisfaction with its customer-oriented product range, innovative products, product-quality parallel assurance, superior performance despite its economical price and good service in addition to favorable payment terms. 1960
1960 The founders successfully completed their technical high school and university education. Towards the end of the 1960s, in order to gain experience and to provide added value and production power to our country in the future, they stepped into Germany for a second education and work experience.
1970
In the 1970s, while continuing their second university education in Germany, they started their business life and started their first activities in the cutting tool sector.
1980
In 1980, a family business was founded in Hamburg, Germany, for the production of cutting tools, machine knives and cutting tools.
1986
In 1986, despite the difficulties encountered, most of the existing plant in Germany was transferred to Turkey and Banaş A.Ş. was established in Sakarya and started its operations. Some of the machinery and equipment are still in Germany and the company serves the industrial sectors with the same subject matter in a thousand square meter building.
1990
In 1990, with a factory building with a closed area of 2 thousand square meters in Sakarya, the company employed 25 people and started to meet the needs of the country, which was developing industrially towards the end of the period, with the production, modification and sharpening of cutting tools, perforated perforated sheet metal and sieve production.
2000
2000 As mechanization increased, the company changed its field of activity to the production of industrial cutting tools and machine knives. Technological investments started and machine production was started by designing according to production needs. At the beginning of the 2000s, the factory had 120 machines and employed 40 personnel. In 2005, after Hamburg, where it was established, a sales office was opened in Cologne, Germany. In addition, a sales office was opened in the United States of America in 2008, and demands for its products started to come from most countries of the world.
2010
2010 While technology investments continued, the factory building was renovated according to occupational safety regulations and a closed area of 4 thousand square meters was created. The number of employees increased to more than 50 by switching to a partial shift working system. In 2012, all necessary quality and environmental systems certificates (ISO9001-ISO14001-OHSAS18001) were provided for the company, which has a quality product target, and the management structure of the company started to be managed according to institutionalization criteria. In addition, occupational health and safety experts and workplace physicians have started to operate in the workplace since 2012. Training and consultancy services were provided to employees.
2015
2015 Due to increasing requirements and technological changes, investments were continued in order to compete against time. The machine park was increased to 200 and the number of employees reached 80. Over 2 thousand active customers were satisfied.
2020
2020 Although it has adopted that the 45 years left in the past about Knife Making has contributed a lot to the business, it is strong and ready as an infrastructure for the experiences it will encounter in the future every day.
